1. The promoter is The Manor Golf Club trading as Cook House Bar & Kitchen.

Entry

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of The Manor Golf Club and Cook House Bar & Kitchen.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://www.facebook.com/CookHouseLeeds
   Each entrant shall enter the competition via Facebook by following the Cook House Bar & Kitchen Facebook page (@CookHouseLeeds), liking the specified post by @CookHouseLeeds, and by tagging three friends in the comments of the specified post by @CookHouseLeeds.
5. All entries must be received by 11.59pm on Friday 21^st June 2024. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The Manor Golf Club and Cook House Bar & Kitchen reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
8. The Manor Golf Club and Cook House Bar & Kitchen reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

The Prize

9. The prize is a £100 Gift Voucher to spend at Cook House Bar & Kitchen.
10. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
11. The prize must be claimed within 12 months of the date of issue.
12. If the winner is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by an adult when claiming the prize.
13. The Manor Golf Club and Cook House Bar & Kitchen are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Selecting and Informing the Winner

14. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Cook House Bar & Kitchen.
15. The winner will be notified with 5 days of the closing date by @CookHouseLeeds via Facebook Messenger.
16. The winner’s name may be posted on the social media profiles of Cook House bar & Kitchen after the winner has been selected.
17. The winner must confirm that they’re eligible and able to accept within 5 days of the message being sent. If a winner does not contact us within this time period, we reserve the right to choose another winner at random from all other eligible entries.

General

18. In respect of all matters to do with the competition the decision of The Manor Golf Club and Cook House Bar & Kitchen will be final.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
